I found a home! Some very loving ladies fell in love with me. They think I'm special. with in the first week they found I was a little lame sometimes. through a veterinary check up i have been diagnosed with lymes. I've been treated and doing very well. I love my new home.

HYPP

I have been given a clean bill of health, gained weight, and have been sound and ridden a couple times per week. I love to be pampered, and I love the children. I am quiet enough for any beginner, but still can take you for a fun trail ride.  I am good for the trail riding and the weekend buff. I am sound and really a love to be around...my ground manners are impeccable. My HYPP gene is not going to effect me if I am fed the proper diet (see article).

I am feeling so much better!!! and I have a man in my life. Wild Bill is the love of my life and we get along so well. Bill came in about the same time as I did. He was injured and a bit under the weather also. We were the perfect match...both pathetic. I am off all medication and have been sound and healthy since. I still need a few pounds and need to get back into shape. I have been ridden a few times. We have started out very slowly due to my weakness. First time I could only handle some one on me bareback for about 15 minutes. Now I can trot for a few minutes too without getting winded. I will take some more time to get my full strength back, but I am well on my way to a full recovery. Thank you to everyone for your help, thoughts and prayers.

Hi, I'm hazy.  I'm a 18 years old quarter horse mare.  I'm trained to ride western.  I've only done pleasure riding at my current home. I came to LCR not feeling very well. I was diagnosed with stomach ulcers and have been on medication. It really works. I am feeling so much better and now have been putting on weight. My hind legs don't hurt as much because I am not sucked up underneath myself because of my stomach pains. I like to play in the pasture sometimes when I'm feeling good, but I am very mannerly and quiet to handle.  LCR will have to evaluate me when I am healthy and strong enough to be ridden to find out what else I can do. I will probably be ready to find my new family in about a month. I like visitors so if you are interested in me, get your application in and make an appointment to see me.
