I am a Palomino grade gelding. I was in the butchers pen at auction because of an infection on my head called Poll Evil. Quakertown Vets Dr. Randy Bimes, Dr. Austin Sedicum, and Dr. Carl Seybolt just performed surgery to help heal this ongoing, long term infection. These wonderful doctors from three different practices joined forces and donated their time and expertise to help me. I have been used for camp, lessons, hack rides and more. Not available yet. Boomer needs time to heal from surgery. So far everything looks great, but time will tell if this infection has been permanently cured. UPDATE: Boomer
is healing nicely and has been off of antibiotics for a month now. NO
signs of the infection returning. Dr. Austin Sedicum and his wife
Indra Lahiri have been dedicated to him and are responsible in part
for his wonderful recovery. Dr. Sedicum was the first to ride Boomer
and it was an instant match made in heaven. Boomer will be moving in
with Austin and Indra after Boomer's appearance at the Peter Fuller
Clinic (see Natural Horse-Man-Ship/ Upcoming Events)
