Please view the Placement(adoption)application and  Placement agreement. Applications must be downloaded, completed and mailed to Last Chance Ranch. for you will be consider as a guardian.  Please do not e-mail applications as they are difficult to read. Applications must be received and reviewed prior to making appointments to view the horses that are for adoption. Please be aware that while we do have horses that may be ridden, some horses have abilities that may be limited due to their physical condition. We have a variety of horses in all shapes sizes, ages, and abilities. Please view each horse's biography carefully. Information about adoptable horses is updated on a regular basis and is the most current information available about the horse at this time. The fees listed are the one time "lease" or Placement fee and are subject to change. These fees are based on the health and ability of the horse and in general do not cover our costs for these horses.  Please call in advance for appointments, as our residents are abused, neglected and unwanted horses and they come from many backgrounds and disciplines and are in varying degrees of rehabilitation.
