Shadow came to LCR compliments of Mid-Atlantic Medical Center in Ringoes, NJ where he was discovered living alone with minimal care. He had been left there for more than 15 years to basically fend for himself...what a hardy pony. No other history is known. He is in his 20's and is still a stud. He will need a very special home since we feel at this time it would be inappropriate to geld him. He still acts like a stud and can be a little pushy. He will need an experienced handler. We do not know if he rides or drives, but has had some handling in his past. LCR will need to have extra forms signed and the promise that he will NOT be used for breeding. Without papers, there would be no reason to breed him. There is no history, pedigree, genetics, etc...he would not be the breeding candidate any responsible breeder would be looking for. He is 100% healthy and looks and acts like he's only a youngster.
