Heylo has been with us for over a year. She is really a sweetheart. She is still a little nervous under saddle and should be brought back into shape by some one with some experience. To the best of our knowledge, Heylo's only training in riding was being on the track She has come along nicely and is sweeter than pie. She will need a loving patient home that will give her time to settle in before asking too much, but from there on she will prove to be one of your best trail horses and companions. She is sound but would benefit from David Fryer's hoof armor if to be ridden on any hard surfaces.

Hi, I'm Hey Lo!

I was purchased from auction underweight and tired from nursing a foal. I am ~ 19 years ( according to my tattoo) I am a TB mare. I've had some babies, but not sure how many. I was sent to auction to wean from my last one. My baby had sucked all the meat off of me and then I was no good to anyone anymore so they threw me away. My utter was still full and my body was weak. I did everything possible to keep my baby healthy, at the expense of myself. Thankfully LCR intercepted my trip to the butchers. I have gained almost 250 pounds and am feeling like a spring chicken. I have wonderful manners on the ground for anyone to handle... but I am a little rusty under saddle and will need some refreshment courses. I stand ~15.3 and am 100% sound (and a pretty mover if I do say so myself).

Placement Fee: $600
